By signing up for any of our courses, you agree to adhere to our policies regarding course participation, payment, refund, and cancellation.

Course Enrollment and Payment

Registration Process:

To enroll in a course, complete the online registration form and submit the required payment. Course seats are limited and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment Terms:

Full or installment payments are accepted for course enrollment. Detailed payment information will be provided upon registration.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Please review the policy below carefully before enrolling in a course.

Cancellation by Prominent Academy

Prominent Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment.

  • In the event of a cancellation by Prominent Academy, students will be offered a full refund if they not getting 3 interview calls or the option to transfer to another course.
  • If a course is rescheduled, students will be informed via email, and they may choose to attend the new session or request a refund within 1 week.

Cancellation by Student

  • Full Refund: If a student cancels their enrollment at least 7 days before the course start date, they will be eligible for a full refund.

Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@prominentacademy.in with the subject line “Refund Request.”
  • Refunds are typically processed within 10-15 business days after approval, and funds will be returned to the original payment method.

Course Transfer Policy

  • Students who are unable to attend their enrolled session may request a transfer to a future session of the same course, subject to availability.
  • Requests for transfer must be made at least 3 days before the original course start date.
  • An additional fee may apply for course transfers, depending on the specific course and availability.

Code of Conduct

  • Students are expected to maintain a respectful and supportive learning environment.
  • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of enrollment without a refund.
  • Unauthorized sharing of course materials is prohibited, and any violation may lead to legal action.

Liability Disclaimer

Prominent Academy is not liable for any technical issues, interruptions, or losses resulting from third-party platforms or tools used during online training sessions. Students are responsible for ensuring they meet the technical requirements for participating in online courses.
